Alright, here’s the scoop. This website was started with the intention of sharing my success in increasing my height after puberty. It’s not easy but it’s possible. I’m born in 1985 and I’ve gained roughly 2 inches, from 5’7.5 to 5’9.5 (current height as of 2nd Feb 2010). In cm, that would be from 171.5 to 176.5 cm. I’ve started my height increase journey in late May 2009 and this gain is all accomplished WITHOUT limb surgery. Yes, you heard it right, I grew taller after puberty but without surgery.
No growth hormones, no painful height-increasing reflexology insoles, none of that bullshit that don't work. So if you’re keen on finding out my routine for gaining height, well, just explore this site. I hope it helps ;)
